Job summary

BB8 Freight is hiring DL-A Reefer Drivers to operate late-model equipment on a consistent schedule. This contract role offers strong weekly earnings, a 28–30% load gross pay structure, and direct deposit every Friday.

Drivers receive safety bonuses, referral bonuses, and cash bonuses for clean inspections, with home time of 3 weeks out and four full days at home before returning to duty on the fifth day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience (verifiable)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No SAP
• No California CDLs
• Experience driving a reefer is preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A reefer truck
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections
• Secure and transport freight safely & efficiently
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
