Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account
Hiring Class A CDL drivers for a regional account — experienced drivers and recent trucking school grads welcome. You'll be home every weekend for your 34-hour reset, running 1,700–2,400 miles per week hauling no-touch freight (drop-and-hook and live unload).
Pay ranges from $0.56–$0.65 per mile depending on experience, plus up to $0.08/mile in monthly safety and productivity bonuses — averaging $1,100–$1,600 per week. Trainees earn $900/week during a 5–6 week training period at the $0.56 base rate (bonuses not included). You'll also get $300 for completing a 2-day orientation, with travel and food covered.
Routes run as far west as Kansas, south as Georgia, east as Pennsylvania, and north as Minnesota. Trucks are mostly Freightliner Cascadias, two years old or newer. Experienced drivers can bring a rider (12 or older) and a pet (40 lbs or less) starting day one; trainees can do the same after finishing training. Full benefits — medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more — kick in after 30 days.
