Qualifications

• Educational and Licensing Requirements include a valid CDL and preferably a high school diploma.
• Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in the construction and transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the concrete mixer delivering loads to job sites.
• Ensure timely delivery of concrete loads.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional image.

Skills

Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Strong understanding of safety protocols

Good communication skills

Knowledge of traffic routes

Basic maintenance skills for truck upkeep

Education

High School diploma preferred

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B)
