Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. Trainees will spend 4-6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, then move into their own truck to earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training.

You will gain real on-the-road experience, with a structured path from graduate to solo driver and full benefits after training. Ideal for new drivers motivated to learn and succeed in trucking.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR and DOT qualification.
• No previous driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced driver to build the skills and confidence needed to succeed on your own.
• Learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and daily dispatch communication.
• Transition to driving solo in your own truck after completing the mentor program.
