Forward Air Corporation is seeking experienced Owner Operators to drive OTR tractor-trailers and partner in a growing network. Drivers benefit from steady freight, a generous pay structure, and a supportive operations team designed to help the business prosper.

Earn up to $250,000 gross per year with a base of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross weekly, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Most runs are 2–3 weeks out with 99% no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate Owner Operator tractor-trailer on long-haul routes within Forward’s network.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all regulations.
• Contribute to strong pay and steady freight by leveraging Forward’s support.
