Job summary

Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who are partners in growing a profitable operation. The company supports your business with a closed terminal network, steady freight, and strong pay designed to keep more revenue in your pocket.

Solo Owner Operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week, plus extra compensation on all miles.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment newer than 10 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Owner Operator within Forward Air's network.
• Maintain no-touch, drop and hook freight when possible.
• Earn based on loaded and empty mile rates plus FSC.
