H&H Recruiting seeks experienced CDL-A Owner Operators to join a nationwide freight network and grow their trucking business.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of trucking experience.
• Own or lease a qualifying conventional sleeper tractor.
• Tractor must weigh 20,000 pounds or less.
• Fifth-wheel height 47.5 inches or less.
• Tractor must be compatible with a 9-pin ELD connection.
• Required non-trucking liability and occupational insurance.
• Ability to install Geotab ELD and forward-facing camera equipment.
• Meet all applicable DOT and contractor qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an independent contractor with no forced dispatch.
• Choose loads and routes and self-dispatch via load boards.
• Preplan up to four loads at a time.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and contractor requirements.
• Operate primarily east of Interstate 35 and pull 53-foot dry vans.

Compensation & Revenue Opportunities

• Projected annual gross revenue: $270,000-$437,000
• $10,000 contract signing incentive for a limited time
• Top 10% of contractors: $400,000+ in annual gross revenue
• Top 25% of contractors: $320,000+ in annual gross revenue
• Top 50% of contractors: $260,000+ in annual gross revenue
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after two hours
• Compensation for qualifying trailer searches
• Weekly settlements every Friday

Choose Your Compensation Plan:

Plan A: 65% of linehaul revenue plus 100% of the shipper's fuel surcharge.

Plan B: 70% of the all-in freight rate.

All revenue figures are gross business revenue before fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes, and other operating expenses. Actual revenue varies based on loads selected, rates, availability, and contractor activity.

Owner Operator Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• CDL and LLC cannot be based in New York, California, or New Jersey

Equipment & Operating Information

Tractor: Owner-supplied conventional sleeper

Trailer: 53-foot dry van

Freight: Primarily drop-and-hook, with optional live-load opportunities

Dispatch: Self-dispatch through available load boards

Settlement Schedule: Every Friday, with required bills of lading

Orientation Locations: Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; Forest Park, GA; or Louisville, KY.

Contractors must also satisfy third-party liability requirements. A $24.65 weekly deduction option limits the contractor's responsibility to $3,500 per qualifying claim; alternatively, contractors may obtain a qualifying $35,000 commercial auto liability policy. Full contractual terms apply.

$10,000 Contract Signing Incentive

Qualified new contractors may be eligible for a $10,000 signing incentive, paid in installments.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a company-driver employment position. Gross revenue is not take-home pay or guaranteed income. All compensation, discounts, fees, equipment requirements, and incentive terms are subject to the Independent Contractor Operating Agreement and applicable program conditions.
