The role requires CDL A with 6 months OTR or regional experience for Solo or Lead driver, and 3 months OTR/Regional for codrivers. Candidates must be 21+.

The Specialized fleet has under 30% turnover and best-in-class support staff.

Job Details:

• Team Owner Operator Positions

• $2.29 CPM-based on 2025 average, fluctuates as fuel surcharge changes
