Forward Air seeks Owner Operators to partner in a nationwide network built for sustained earnings. Solo operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week.

Owners operate within Forward’s 100+ nationwide locations, with typical runs 2–3 weeks out and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year. Programs focus on profitability and support for business owners.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.
