Job summary

Forward Air Corporation is seeking Owner Operators to partner in a performance-driven program across its closed terminal network. Drivers can earn up to $250,000 gross per year with base pay of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile, plus FSC, averaging $4,100–$5,200 gross per week.

Teams or solo operators are supported with a dedicated Driver Support Team and extensive network reach. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 is paid within the first year, with no deadline to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment newer than 10 years.
