Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• Minimum 1 year of OTR driving in the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Book quality customer freight and manage loads.
• Choose from flatbed freight lanes that fit your operation.
• Earn top pay with 75% of linehaul plus 100% fuel surcharge, tarping pay, stop pay, and detention pay.
• Maintain weekly home time and align trips to keep earnings steady.
