Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license is required.
• 1 year or more OTR driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Book freight without forced dispatch, choosing loads that fit your operation.
• Maintain weekly home time in most areas and manage earnings.
• Operate as an owner-operator with a focus on safety and on-time deliveries.
