Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who want to be business partners. They offer a pay structure with base $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, with 99% no-touch freight and average gross per week of $4,100–$5,200.

Solo operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and strong support from a Driver Support Team. Routes run between 100+ nationwide locations.

• Best-in-class OTR miles. Solo Owner Operators average 2,500 miles per week across Forward’s closed terminal network of 100+ nationwide locations, keeping you moving and earning consistently. Drivers are typically out on the road 2–3 weeks at a time.
