Job summary

Action Resources is seeking Owner Operators to drive and manage long-haul routes across the national network. You can earn a strong 65% of linehaul with accessorial, detention, and layover pay, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.

Expect weekly pay and consistent incentives designed to reward experience. Qualified drivers with tanker experience and 1 year of tractor-trailer background are encouraged to apply.

• Percentage pay with real upside. Earn 65% of linehaul* with strong, transparent earnings.
• OTR schedule with balance. Stay out 1–2 weeks at a time, running consistent national routes.
• Extra pay for your time. Accessorial, detention, and layover pay included.*
• Get started on the right foot. Owner Operators are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over the course of your first year.*
  • $1,000 paid out after orientation
  • $1,000 paid out after the first billed load*
  • $1,000 paid out on your first month (towards your escrow)*
  • $1,000 paid out at 6 months*
  • $1,000 paid out at 1 year*
• Extra pay for your time. Accessorial, detention, and layover pay included.
• Fair pay for your equipment. Pump usage fee paid when you use your own pump to load and unload product.
• Consistent weekly pay schedules. Get paid every Friday via Direct Deposit or pay card.\
• Bring your network to earn more. Refer an Owner Operator and receive a $3K driver referral bonus paid out over 3 months.

Driver Requirements

Tanker

• 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience, with 6 months of tanker experience
• Chem experience preferred

End Dump

• 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience
