Job summary

Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet is seeking Class A CDL drivers for long-haul OTR Reefer operations across all 48 states. Owner Operators, Lease Purchases, and Company Drivers are welcome.

Earn 70% of linehaul revenue with 100% of fuel surcharges paid. No forced dispatch, paid base plates and permits, and flexible vehicle options like Kenworth T680; 2–4 weeks out with about 5 days home each month. Must have 3 months 53' trailer OTR experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in last 6 months or 6 months exp in the last year.
• No forced dispatch or mandatory driver rotations.
• All 48 states access for long-haul routes.
• Lease Purchase / Owner Operator options available.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated general commodities and protein (boxed beef, chicken, pork, beer).
• Operate Kenworth T680 or newer and maintain compliant logs and safety standards.
• Maximize earnings under a percentage-based pay structure with fuel surcharge benefits.
