Job summary

Forward Air Corporation is seeking Owner Operators to partner in a closed-terminal network across 100+ locations. You can earn substantial income with up to $250,000 gross per year, based on miles and bonuses. Base pay includes $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC, with averages of $4,100–$5,200 gross per week.

Freight is 99% no-touch, with 2–3 weeks on the road, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a dedicated Driver Support Team to help your business succeed.

• Best-in-class OTR miles. Solo Owner Operators average 2,500 miles per week across Forward’s closed terminal network of 100+ nationwide locations, keeping you moving and earning consistently. Drivers are typically out on the road 2–3 weeks at a time.
