Job summary

NFI is seeking driver partners in a setup that lets you run your own business while leveraging NFI's scale and support. You bring a Class A license, trucking experience, and ambition to access steady, year‑round freight and benefits.

Expect weekly settlements of $3,800–$4,200 with regional routes and a schedule that includes home time every other day, plus access to a large trailer pool and 24/7 support. Must be at least 21 years old and able to meet safety standards.

• At least one year of verifiable tractor‑trailer and port experience.
• Class A license.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties safely and responsibly on all routes.
• Follow all laws, regulations, and customer rules.
• Move equipment and cargo as required, lifting up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs.
• Report problems with equipment, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Operate vehicle and manage pickups and deliveries based on customer requirements.

Pay Range: $3,800 – $4,200 per week. General Benefits: Steady schedule, year‑round dedicated freight, and access to NFI’s large and privately owned chassis/trailer pool.

NFI Partnered Driver Expectations And Requirements

• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Physically capable of moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting; able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg and occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Report all problems with equipment, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after the route.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely and enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area regularly.
• Perform routes, pickups & deliveries based on customer requirements.
