Clark Transfer is seeking owner-operators for year‑round, no‑touch freight with strong earning potential in the US. Solo operators earn substantial annual income, while teams can reach even higher totals on relatively low annual miles.

The program offers company-supported health insurance, guaranteed weekly minimums, quarterly bonuses, and additional protections such as fuel price guarantees, paid tolls, and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be an owner-operator
• At least 23 years of age or older
• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
• Passport and ability to enter Canada
• 2021 or newer tractor

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under dispatch with company-provided transponder
• Maintain DOT compliance and drive on schedule
• Deliver freight with no-touch policy and fuel/tolls coverage
• Maximize earnings via miles and fuel surcharge
• Adhere to safety and performance standards

• Most singles earn $200,000 to $250,000 on less than 85k miles
• Most teams earn $300,000-$350,000 on less than 110k miles

• Solos: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: $3,500/week worked (most earn $3,750 - $4,250)
• Teams: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: $5,000/week worked (most earn $5,500 - $6,500)
• Startup Weekly Guarantee: $3,500/$5,000 paid weekly for your first four weeks, including orientation
• Quarterly bonus of $2,500/$5,000 per quarter for Singles/Teams
• $1.60/gallon or lower fuel price guarantee (average after fuel surcharge)
• Up to $5,000 referral bonus
• All miles paid, plus fuel surcharge
