Job summary

Clark Transfer is contracting owner operators for year‑round, no‑touch operations. The program includes a company‑supported health insurance plan and guaranteed weekly earnings, with singles and teams earning substantial annual income on modest mileage. New drivers receive a startup weekly guarantee and quarterly bonuses, plus fuel and toll coverage while dispatched.

Owner‑operators must be 23+, have 2+ years OTR, a clean MVR, and a 2021+ tractor. Canada entry is required for tours.

• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years.
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years.
• Passport and ability to enter Canada.
• 2021 or newer tractor.
• Tours may require up to 6 weeks away from home.

Great Work:

• Most singles earn $200,000 to $250,000 on less than 85k miles
• Most teams earn $300,000-$350,000 on less than 110k miles
• Company supported owner-operator health insurance program
• Solos: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: $3,500/week worked (most earn $3,750 - $4,250)
• Teams: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: $5,000/week worked (most earn $5,500 - $6,500)
• Startup Weekly Guarantee: $3,500/$5,000 paid weekly for your first four weeks, including orientation
• Quarterly bonus of $2,500/$5,000 per quarter for Singles/Teams
• $1.60/gallon or lower fuel price guarantee (average after fuel surcharge)
• Up to $5,000 referral bonus
• All miles paid, plus fuel surcharge
• Detention pay
• Paid fuel permits & fuel taxes
• Paid tolls while under dispatch via company provided transponder
• Paid cargo/liability insurance
