Clark Transfer is courting owner-operators for year-round, no-touch work with comprehensive support. Solo drivers can expect guaranteed weekly income and medical program coverage, with a 'startup weekly guarantee' for the first month and quarterly bonuses.

Teams receive higher guaranteed weekly earnings and similar incentives, including all miles paid and fuel surcharge coverage. Applicants should be at least 23, have 2+ years of verifiable OTR experience, and own a 2021 or newer tractor.
