Job summary

Clark Transfer Inc is seeking owner-operators to haul loads nationwide with year-round work and a no-touch policy where applicable. This opportunity includes company-supported health insurance and strong guaranteed minimums.

Owners may earn substantial income with singles and teams, backed by weekly guarantees and quarterly bonuses; all miles paid plus fuel surcharge and additional incentives. Tours may require weeks away from home.

Qualifications

• Must be owner-operator with CDL or legal authority to operate
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
• Clean motor vehicle record for last 3 years
• Passport and ability to enter Canada

Responsibilities

• Transport goods under dispatch with no-touch policy when applicable
• Maintain safety, compliance, and logbooks
• Navigate routes and manage delivery windows; report delays promptly

Great Work:

Year-round workNo-touch policyAdvantages:

• Most singles earn $200,000 to $250,000 on less than 85k miles
• Most teams earn $300,000-$350,000 on less than 110k miles
• Company supported owner-operator health insurance program
• Solos: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: $3,500/week worked (most earn $3,750 - $4,250)
• Teams: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: $5,000/week worked (most earn $5,500 - $6,500)
• Startup Weekly Guarantee: $3,500/$5,000 paid weekly for your first four weeks, including orientation
• Quarterly bonus of $2,500/$5,000 per quarter for Singles/Teams
• $1.60/gallon or lower fuel price guarantee (average after fuel surcharge)
• Up to $5,000 referral bonus
• All miles paid, plus fuel surcharge
• Detention pay

Requirements:

• Must be an owner-operator
• At least 23 years of age or older
• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years
• No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
• Passport and ability to enter Canada
• 2021 or newer tractor
• Tours may require up to 6 weeks away from home
