Job summary

Clark Transfer is contracting owner-operators for year-round work with a no-touch policy and strong support. Singles commonly earn $200,000–$250,000 on under 85k miles; teams typically earn $300,000–$350,000 on under 110k miles, with a company-supported health insurance program.

Startup weekly guarantees: solos $3,500 and teams $5,000, plus quarterly bonuses and added pay for fuel surcharges, detentions, tolls, and cargo/liability insurance; tours may require up to 6 weeks away from home.

Qualifications

• Must be an owner-operator with verifiable OTR experience.
• Age 23+ and clean motor vehicle record in last 3 years.
• Passport and ability to enter Canada required.
• 2021 or newer tractor required.
• Tours may require up to 6 weeks away from home.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an owner-operator under dispatch from Clark Transfer Inc.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Miles and fuel costs are handled per company terms.

• Solos: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: $3,500/week worked (most earn $3,750 - $4,250)
• Teams: Guaranteed minimum weekly average: $5,000/week worked (most earn $5,500 - $6,500)
• Startup Weekly Guarantee: $3,500/$5,000 paid weekly for your first four weeks, including orientation
• Quarterly bonus of $2,500/$5,000 per quarter for Singles/Teams
• $1.60/gallon or lower fuel price guarantee (average after fuel surcharge)

Requirements:

• Must be an owner-operator
