Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of over-the-road driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment.
• Physically able to climb in/out of the truck and connect/disconnect trailers.
• Maneuver and position trucks for loading/unloading per signals.
• Record delivery instructions, routes, and working hours.
• Secure cargo using ropes or chains and maintain logs per regs.
• Drive to weigh stations and document weights to comply with regulations.
• Obtain receipts/signatures for delivered goods as required.
• Inventory and inspect goods prior to movement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
