Job summary

Valor is seeking CL A Truck Drivers for a dedicated OTR account with 100% no touch freight. Drivers will run 2 to 3 weeks out and earn miles that average around 2500+ per week, covering all 48 states from a company distribution network.

Starting pay is 57–67 cents per mile, depending on experience. Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, PTO and 401K with matching. Trucks are newer models, assigned to drivers with drop-and-hook/live unload operations.

Qualifications

• 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in 12 months.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a dedicated account with 100% no-touch freight.
• Deliver to distribution centers and warehouses nationwide.
• Occasional drop-and-hook and live unload.
• Stay out 2–3 weeks at a time, with home time proportional to weeks out.
