Job description

Join the dedicated OTR Dry Van fleet at HMD Trucking. With 23 years of experience in the business, we pride ourselves on our well‑maintained fleet of 500+ Peterbilt 579 trucks and a friendly, people‑centered work environment.

Pay Rates

• Dry Van Solo OTR W2 – 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus + $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
• Dry Van Teams OTR W2 – 0.77 CPM + 0.05 CPM safety/productivity bonus + $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Flatbed Solo OTR W2 – 0.70 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM (if you're ready to make 11K+ miles monthly) + LOAD PAY + $5,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Dry Van Solo Regional W2 – 0.70 CPM BASE + weekly home time + $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
• Hazmat/Doubles Teams OTR – 0.79 CPM + $10,000 Sign On Bonus + 0.05 CPM safety/productivity bonus.
• Owner Operator OTR – 75% of Load + Fuel discount program available.
