Job summary

C.R. England is hiring for an on-site, full-time OTR solo driver in Maricopa, AZ. You will handle mostly refrigerated loads, with some dry freight, and no-touch shipments, building your weeks around your home location.

You’ll stay in touch with customers and your fleet manager to keep freight moving. Expect two to three weeks out with two to three days off, and a safety-focused work culture with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life and AD+D Insurance offered.
• Paid time off (PTO) available.

Mostly refrigerated loads with some dry freight, all of it no-touch, fill your weeks on this OTR solo position. You run two to three weeks out, then take two to three days off.

Where you deliver and how long your hauls run depend on where you live, so the work is shaped around your home location. You'll keep things moving by staying in touch with customers and your fleet manager.

The Work:

• Primarily refrigerated freight, with some dry freight
• Delivery locations and haul lengths vary based on your place of residence
• Regular communication with customers and fleet managers

Schedule:

• 2-3 days off

• Company-provided Freightliner trucks three years old or newer
• Automatic transmissions
• Latest safety features
• 53' trailers
