Navajo Express is seeking qualified drivers for OTR refrigerated freight across the lower 48 states. You will handle 99% no-touch loads using 53' reefers with a 44,500 lb payload capacity.

The position offers strong earning potential, with $85,000–$90,000 per year, weekly miles, and incentives like bonuses for clean roadside inspections and miles per week that ensure consistent pay. Home time is guaranteed: one day home for each week out, with flexible options to stay out longer for more

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• 21 years of age or older.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years, and no felony in the past 5 years.
• Good MVR and credible work history.

Responsibilities

• OTR refrigerated freight across the lower 48 states.
• 99% no-touch loads.
• Operate 53' reefer trailers with payload up to 44,500 lb.
