Job summary

ATALNT is seeking experienced CDL-A OTR Reefer Drivers to join its growing transportation team. You will operate refrigerated equipment across major U.S.

markets while hauling temperature-controlled freight and maintaining product integrity. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recent OTR driving, a clean driving record, knowledge of DOT regulations and reefer operations, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent OTR driving experience (within last 3 years).
• Refrigerated equipment experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to run OTR routes including nights and early mornings.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, inspections, and reefer operations.
• Ability to operate independently and maintain delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailers on assigned OTR refrigerated routes.
• Safely transport temperature-controlled freight while maintaining product integrity.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to DOT requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA and company regulations.
• Safely operate equipment in various weather and road conditions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and operations teams.
• Manage deliveries, pickups, and required documentation.
• Maintain a strong safety record and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Additional Pay

• Average weekly pay: $1,700 - $2,300+
• Top drivers earning $1,750+ per week
• Pay rate: $0.65 - $0.75 CPM based on endorsements
• All miles paid (loaded and empty)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent OTR driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience operating refrigerated equipment preferred.
• Clean driving record and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to run OTR routes, including nights and early mornings.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, inspections, and reefer operations.
• Ability to operate independently and maintain delivery schedules.
• Mountain driving experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tanker endorsement or ability to obtain within 45 days.
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• TWIC card preferred.
• Experience hauling pharmaceutical or temperature-sensitive freight.
