Job summary

PAM Transport, Inc. is seeking CDL A Lease Purchase Truck Drivers under a low-cost lease program. Earn $3,500–$4,000 gross per week with weekly home time and modern equipment. 2023 & 2024 579 Peterbilt trucks are part of the program, with options to buy at term end.

Tractors are 12-speed automatics with Cummins engines, fridge, satellite stereo, and TV mounting in sleepers. Lease terms include up to 48 months, no upfront money, and a alternative buyout at termination. IL residents excluded.

Qualifications

• CDL A license is required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• 3 months of CDL-A tractor trailer experience in the last year with an accredited CDL school OR 1 year in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor-trailer within lease-purchase program as described.
• Engage with recruiters to discuss lease options and terms.
• Maintain safety and compliance under PAM Transport policies.
