Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL A OTR Driver for a nationwide route with a 12 days out, 2 days home schedule and no-touch freight. You’ll operate newer automatic trucks across 48 states, with guaranteed weekly pay and per-mile incentives that can exceed 1,800 weekly for top performers.

Earned pay includes a guaranteed base and mileage bonuses, plus a sign-on and safety-based bonuses. Must meet experience and DOT requirements; rider policy may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Class A CDL valid in one state.
• Valid driver's license for the past 12 months.
• Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience in last 36 months (or Extended Road Test).
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 2 years.
• No preventable CMV accidents in last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years while holding a CDL-A.
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CDL A OTR driver on a 12 days out / 2 days home schedule.
• Handle no-touch freight with 70% drop and hook; freight across all 48 states.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
• Meet or exceed weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,800 gross depending on performance.
• Adhere to route guidelines and company policies; avoid NYC/5 borough dispatch.
• Utilize newer fleet trucks (2021+ Freightliner/Kenworth) and automatic transmissions.
