Job summary

Patriot Aluminum Products LLC in Chester, VA seeks a full-time Driver CDL A Over-the-Road (OTR) to transport goods to designated locations. You will follow DOT regulations, manage routes via GPS, and communicate with logistics and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Minimum qualifications include a valid CDL Class A and experience reading delivery schedules and BOLs. Flatbed experience and load-securement are preferred; there is over-time and per-mile compensation with weekly earnings around

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Experience driving trucks, ability to read and follow delivery schedules and BOLs.
• Flatbed experience and load-securement skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, warehouse staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies for safe operation.
• Plan efficient routes using maps and GPS to meet delivery schedules.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and customers to resolve issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and good working condition.
