Job summary

The Employee Connect is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a nationwide, no-touch freight role on a lower-48 fleet. Expect 2,500 miles per week on dry-van loads with some drop-and-hook and live unloads.

Home time is every two weeks, with deliveries across WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, and many other states. It requires a valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of verifiable experience, a current DOT medical card, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months verifiable experience.
• DOT medical certification and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally; complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep logs current per regulations.
• Transport dry-van freight on time across the lower 48 states with regular deliveries to multiple states.
• Some loads may be drop-and-hook; others may require live unloading or reloading.
• Verify load counts, seals, and paperwork; complete bills of lading and delivery documentation accurately.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Represent the client professionally at customer locations and communicate with fleet management.
