The Employee Connect is seeking CDL-A Over-the-Road Truck Drivers for a fully remote role with routes across 48 states. Open to new graduates with a strong work ethic, you will earn a weekly average of $1,100–$1,300 and enjoy home time every two weeks.

You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer nationwide, complete inspections, stay compliant with HOS, and communicate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Recent CDL-A graduates welcome – new driver friendly program.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Automatic transmission restriction accepted.
• Clean or explainable driving history.

Responsabilités

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes across the continental United States.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings.
• Maintain HOS compliance using an electronic logging device.
• Deliver freight safely to destinations across multiple states.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding load status or issues.
• Complete all paperwork including bills of lading and fuel logs.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Report accidents or concerns to safety/management.
• Care for equipment and report mechanical issues promptly.

Position Overview

A national carrier is seeking CDL-A Over-the-Road Truck Drivers to join a growing fleet with routes across 48 states. This opportunity is open to recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with limited experience — if you have your Class A license and a strong work ethic, we will work with you. Earn competitive weekly pay averaging $1,100 to $1,300 per week, with home time every two weeks and a supportive team ready to help you build your career behind the wheel.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes across the continental United States
• Complete accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document all findings
• Maintain HOS compliance using an electronic logging device
• Deliver freight safely and on time to destinations across multiple states
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding load status, delays, or equipment issues
• Complete all required paperwork including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and fuel logs
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times
• Maintain a professional demeanor at shipper and receiver locations
• Report any accidents, incidents, or concerns to safety and management immediately
• Take care of assigned equipment and report mechanical issues promptly

Requirements
