Average pay is around $62,504 per year with some drivers earning up to $78,624 annually; weekly pay ranges approx $1,202–$1,512. Home time is 2–3 weeks out with 2–3 days off, and benefits include full family coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• A valid CDL-A and 3+ months of current experience are required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive a CR England truck on an OTR route across the country.
• Manage no-touch freight for refrigerated and dry goods.
• Communicate effectively with customers and fleet managers.
