Job summary

TricorBraun is seeking a Class A CDL driver for long-haul routes from Salt Lake City. You will perform quality checks, verify orders, inspect equipment, and ensure safe operations. Forklift experience and basic computer/GPS skills are valued to help load and unload shipments and manage daily routes.

Expect weekends at home and steady weekly runs with newer equipment. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL license and a clean 2-year MVR.
• 1–2 years' experience driving a 53' tractor trailer.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more to load/unload trucks.
• Can operate a forklift safely; training provided if needed.
• Basic computer, reading, mechanical and GPS skills.
• Able to pass the Federal DOT Drug Test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle quality control, verify tickets and orders to the right location.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Ensure EDL procedure compliance and assist in loading/unloading.
• Sort orders during delivery and assist with on/off-loading shipments.
• Utilize small tools and forklift as part of daily duties.

About The Job

If you're a CDL Driver whose passion is over the road hauling, we have a great opportunity for you. As a driver, you'll handle quality control, checking tickets, verifying orders are going to the right location and inspecting equipment to make sure it's safe. Daily, the role includes ensuring EDL procedure compliance, using small tools as well as forklift equipment to help off- and on-load shipments, and assist in sorting orders during delivery.

Your Background And Experience

• A valid Class A CDL license and a clean 2-year MVR
• 1 to 2 years' experience driving a 53' tractor trailer
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more to load and unload trucks
• Can operate a forklift safely, but we will train if you don't have experience
• Basic computer, reading, mechanical and GPS skills
• Able to pass the Federal DOT Drug Test, a background check, and prior Employment and Safety Verification per DOT Requirements
