Job summary

LGT Transport, LLC in Lubbock, TX is seeking an experienced CDL-A OTR cryogenic tanker driver for a lease-purchase role that crosses the United States.

Compensation includes a high annual pay range of $200,000–$275,000 (gross) with approximately $5,500 weekly gross and 2,500–3,000 miles per week. Equipment is Peterbilt 579 with a lease option, and orientation occurs every other week in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• CDL A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required.
• Must hold a valid TWIC card.
• Minimum 3 years OTR experience if tanker-trained; 5 years otherwise.
• No more than 3 minor violations in 3 years; no major preventable accidents in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport cryogenic liquids across long-haul routes as an OTR driver.
• Maintain safety and compliance with federal regulations.
• Complete loading/unloading and idle time payments as applicable.

CDL - A OTR Cryogenic Tanker Lease Purchase Driver | Lubbock, TX

We are currently seeking experienced OTR truck drivers with an excellent driving record. Drivers will transport critical materials that support almost all industries in the U.S. Whether it's helping grow crops, delivering oxygen to hospitals, providing nitrogen or oxygen for rocket launches into space, the work you do with LGT makes a real difference.

Pay: $200,000 - $275,000 a year Gross: $5,500 a week

Driver Benefits

• Drivers can expect 2,500-3,000 miles per week, depending on how you run
• We offer lease purchase of late model Peterbilt 579
• All Miles Paid plus fuel surcharge - Paid Weekly!

Minimum Requirements

• A Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements
• A Valid TWIC Card
• At least three (3) years of verifiable over-the-road experience, if you have tanker experience
• At least five (5) years of verifiable over-the-road experience, if you do not have tanker experience
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the past 3 years
• No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years
• No previous violation of the Federal Highway Drug and Alcohol Regulations

Equipment: Peterbilt 579s

Orientation: Orientation is held every other week at our headquarters in Omaha, NE. You’ll complete training modules and meet with various teams, including payroll, billing, maintenance, and dispatch.

Home Time: OTR drivers are out three weeks at a time, with one week off.
