Job summary

Doyle Sims & Sons, a Trimac family member based in Gleason, Tennessee, seeks CDL‑A drivers for ongoing bulk load work. Hauling pneumatic dry bulk, non‑hazmat, non‑food grade with routes dispatching for two weeks out and home every other weekend.

The pay package features a weekly average of $1,700–$2,200, a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, 27% load pay with tenure increases, paid training and orientation. We also cover travel and lodging during orientation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Current Medical Certificate.
• 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on loading and unloading of product.
• Completion of all required paperwork, including bill of lading signatures.

Pay Details

• Average weekly pay: $1,700-$2,200


• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule

• OTR routes are dispatched for 2 weeks out, home every other weekend

• Completion of all required paperwork, including getting required signatures on documents and bill of lading

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License


• Current Medical Certificate


• 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Past 7 years without:

• Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances


• A preventable rollover or fatality crash

Past 3 years without:

• License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety


• A major preventable accident


• Two or more moving convictions
