Job summary

Trucking Talent Solutions is seeking OTR CDL-A company drivers for Dry Van, Reefer and Flatbed routes. Expect about 3,000 miles weekly with pay options at 0.75–0.90 CPM or 30% of gross. Home time: 3 weeks out/3 days home; Florida and Western States offer 4 weeks out.

Equipment includes paid detention, layover, extra stops, tarp pay, and bonuses. Safety, referral and inspection bonuses are provided, cash advances are available, and there is No Forced Dispatch.
