10-4 Truck Recruiting seeks drivers for our Northeast Regional-Harrisburg, PA account, within 200 miles of 17038. Earnings include an average weekly pay of around $1,500, with 1700 miles per week and weekend/home weekly resets.

Trainees receive a paid mentor training for 4-6 weeks, earning about $650 weekly, leading to a solo driver role on the assigned account with full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A (Class A CDL)
• 21+ years of age
• Trainees and First Seat Experienced
• Must meet company hiring standards
• Must live within ? miles of zip code ?
• ALL drivers will be required to take a new DOT physical and Drug test.

Responsibilities

• Paid mentor training for 4-6 weeks until solo driving readiness.
• Qualified CDL school graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $650 per week.
• Transition to assigned truck and operation within the account after training.
