Job summary

Safeload Trucking in the Northeast region is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for NE regional runs with home weekly. Earn a base rate of $0.75 per mile while hauling freight across the Northeast; average over 2,000 miles per week and return home weekly.

Expect weekly pay around $1,650, with top earnings above $1,700 at higher mile totals. No-touch freight and mileage bonuses apply at 9,000–11,000 miles, plus toll, stop, wait, layover, hazmat, NYC and Canada pay when applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT, medical, safety requirements.
• Ability to comply with Hours of Service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport Freight regionally across the Northeast.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Safely operate and maintain the assigned equipment.
• Follow DOT regulations, company procedures, and Hours of Service requirements.
• No driver unload is required.
