Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking is seeking a CDL-A driver for Northeast dry van routes with home weekly. Starting pay is $0.80 per mile, with pay up to $0.85 per mile based on experience, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid over six months.

Expect around 1,500 miles per week, live unloads/preloaded trailers, and weekly home time on one of two set schedules. 2021+ trucks, 401k match, paid vacation, and annual raises are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a current one-state Class A CDL.
• Recent experience: 3 months tractor trailer in the last 3 years (6 in 5 years or 12 in 10 with a road test).
• Safety: no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no preventable accidents in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate Northeast dry van routes.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Load/unload procedures as required and maintain logs.
