Compensation includes weekly earnings between $1,150 and $1,700, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, detention and layover pay, and a yearly raise in addition to a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required with 12 months of driving experience.
• Age 21+, US-issued CDL-A for 12 months; clean driving record within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• All 48 states with most freight east of I-35; average haul about 400 miles.
• No touch freight; 50–60% drop and hook.
• Flexible home time; suggested 12 out, 2 home to maximize miles.
• No forced NYC deliveries.
