Drivers must have a valid CDL-A license and a minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. Drivers should be prepared to operate safely throughout the regional running area while maintaining a professional driving record.

Drivers operate late-model International tractors equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, and double bunks. Orientation prepares drivers for the regional lanes, equipment, company procedures, and dispatch expectations before transitioning into regular freight assignments. Ongoing operational support remains available after onboarding to help drivers settle into their regular freight schedule.
