• Must be 21 or older with 3 months verifiable Class A experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in 12 months.
• May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years except for major violations or accidents.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last 3 years; cannot have been terminated from last job.
