Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver for overnight routes in Altoona, PA. You will operate a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer between Pyle terminals, with overtime after 40 hours.

Required: Valid CDL-A, Hazmat, tanker endorsement (or willing to obtain), 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, DOT medical card, age 21+, clean driving record, English proficiency, and TSA clearance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat endorsement required to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Current non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No more than three moving violations/accidents in 3 years.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Must obtain/maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer to other Pyle terminals.
• Complete overnight trips between Pyle locations.
• Ensure safety and security of the tractor and freight per FMCSA rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
