Case Farms is seeking a Truck Driver CDL for live haul operations on the third shift at the Morganton plant in Morganton, NC. The role requires adherence to DOT regulations, pre-trip inspections, and safe loading/unloading procedures.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL with 1 year verifiable driving record.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and safety policies.
• Ability to read and write legibly.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations.
• Perform and document pre-trip inspection (tires, oil, fuel, lights, brakes, hoses, etc.).
• Assist with loading and unloading trailer as necessary.
• Clean and wash truck as necessary.
• Report truck and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Comply with all DOT safety rules and regulations, all company policies, and local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
