Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A Driver to join our delivery team. Schedule/Hours: Dispatch between 2am-6am, Monday - Friday with rotational Saturdays. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $90,000 per year.

The role involves delivering and unloading food products, maintaining safety checks, and upholding DOT compliance. Primary responsibilities include coordinating with customers, vendors, and co-workers, performing required paperwork, and ensuring secure, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL-A license and clean MVR.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass drug test and background check.
• DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally.
• Performs pre/post trip safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Delivers and unloads food and food-related products to customers on schedule.
• Ensures proper paperwork and signatures for deliveries.
• Maintains vehicle safety, cleans and secures equipment.
