Job summary

Mondelez International, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a CDL Driver to deliver our snack products to stores and warehouses. The role requires a CDL Class A license, verifiable safe driving history, and strict adherence to FMCSA rules.

You will operate tractors, trailers, and support equipment, log deliveries, and adapt to routing changes. The position offers hourly pay of $31.25, union-backed benefits, healthcare, retirement plans, and PTO under the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Must meet FMCSA Final Rule requirements for CDL licensing and renewal.
• Must have CDL-Class A license and at least two years of proven safe driving experience.
• Must have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access military base facility.
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).
• Must pass drug test, MVR, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack).
• Complete daily field service activities, including receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Execute all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.
