Job summary

Schneider National in Mississippi is hiring for a tanker driver to haul liquid chemical freight in tanker trailers. Expect 2–3 loads per week and a pay structure that includes mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, with a weekly performance pay and a sign-on bonus.

Qualified drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements, and TWIC card; live within 100 miles of Memphis, TN, or within AR/MS/TN. Schneider provides comprehensive benefits and orientation.

Pay and bonus potential

• Pay recently increased by up to $.07 per mile.
• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Earn up to $0.03 more per mile by obtaining additional CDL certifications.
• $7,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
