Job summary

Schneider National in Arkansas is seeking CDL-A drivers to haul predictable power lanes with high freight volume and mostly drop-and-hook freight. You’ll earn mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, with new productivity incentives and weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days.

Orientation is paid and there are attractive sign-on bonuses. Benefit packages include medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off after 6 months, holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 2%

Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
• Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.
• Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
• 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
• Drive within the Eastern 37 states.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.04 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
